About Me

For more than 25 years I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations in challenging leadership situations.

My background combines leadership, strategy work, facilitation, and executive coaching. My prior roles include among others Strategy consultancy, Director of Supply chain management, and CEO.

In addition to my long experience, I base my work on the latest research and development frameworks. Over time I have developed a way of working that combines best available tools and models with careful listening, pattern recognition, and thoughtful conversation.

I pay attention to what is being said, and also to what remains unspoken.

In leadership work, clarity often begins in the mind. When leaders understand how their own thinking works, it becomes easier to focus, make decisions, and lead others with greater awareness.
