About me
For more than 25 years I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations in demanding leadership situations.
Much of my work centers around a simple idea:Helping leaders understand their organizations and organizations understand their leaders.
When this understanding is missing, leadership teams often experience friction, slow decisions, unclear accountability or strategy that does not move forward. My role is to step into these situations, listen carefully, and facilitate the conversations that help leaders see what is really happening.
I combine a background in strategy consulting and executive leadership with extensive experience in facilitation and executive coaching. Earlier in my career I worked in strategy consulting and corporate leadership roles, including Director of Supply Chain Management and CEO. Today I work as a trusted advisor, facilitator and coach to leadership teams.
Over time I have developed a way of working that combines research-based leadership frameworks with careful observation, pattern recognition and thoughtful conversation. I pay attention not only to what is being said, but also to what remains unspoken.
When trust improves and difficult issues can be addressed openly, leadership teams become clearer, faster and more aligned. And when that happens, strategy begins to move forward again.
