For more than 25 years I have worked with leaders, entrepreneurs and organizations in demanding leadership situations.
Trusted advisor and leadership team facilitator in difficult leadership situationsI am usually called when the situation is not entirely clear, when decisions are difficult, when leadership teams are not working as they should, or when organisations are going through change.
My background combines strategy work, executive leadership and working closely with leadership teams in different organisations and industries. Over the years I have seen organisations in growth, change, restructuring and difficult situations where leadership decisions truly matter.
In my work I combine business understanding, organisational insight and leadership psychology. In practice, my work is often quite simple: I listen, ask questions, help structure discussions, make difficult issues discussable and help leadership teams and leaders think clearly and move forward.
I pay attention not only to what is being said, but also to what remains unspoken. In many organisations the most important issues are not visible in strategy documents or reports, but in leadership team dynamics, decision-making and conversations that are avoided.
Many of the most important leadership conversations do not happen in large workshops or formal meetings, but in smaller discussions where difficult issues can be addressed openly and constructively.
I am used to working in situations where the stakes are high, decisions are difficult and there are no simple answers. My work is always confidential, practical and focused on the real situation of the organisation and the people leading it.
